What are credits?+
Credits meter AI and heavy platform usage (assistant messages, AI actions, transcription, migration data beyond the free allowance). Every plan includes a monthly allowance; top-ups are available from 50,000 credits.
Can I add more users?+
Yes — plans include a user allowance and additional users can be added; Enterprise removes the ceiling entirely.
Is migration extra?+
Your first 1 GB of migration data is included. Beyond that it’s metered per GB at a published rate — and N Six Hub always shows you the price before you approve a migration.
Do prices include the mobile app and AI Builder?+
Yes. Every plan is the full platform — the AI Builder, AI Assistant, mobile app and every activated module are part of the plan, not paid bolt-ons.
