What it honestly asks of you
Consolidating is not free, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling. Here is the real shape of it.

- Your team has to change habit. Fewer systems is easier to learn, but week one is still week one.
- A genuinely specialist tool may beat our equivalent on depth. If you rely on one, say so on a call and we will tell you plainly whether we cover it.

How is this different from an all-in-one suite?+
A suite is several products from one vendor with a shared login and a shared invoice; underneath, the parts still keep their own records and pass copies between themselves. Here the modules are not applications that talk to each other — they are views over one database with one permission model.
Do we have to move everything at once?+
No, and most do not. Start where it hurts most, and add modules as you go. Each is useful on its own and worth more once its neighbours arrive.
What if we need something you do not have?+
The Builder creates new modules from a description, so "we don’t have it" usually means "it has not been described yet". For anything that must stay outside, there is an API, webhooks and automations that can call them.
Is our data locked in?+
No. Every view exports, and there is a full API. A system worth staying on does not need a hostage.
