Productivity

The work nobody was hired to do is where the day goes.

Nobody joined to copy a job number into a second system, chase a signature, or rebuild the same report every Monday. That work is invisible because it is spread thinly across everybody — and it is the first thing a single system takes back.

Productivity here means removing work, not speeding it up.

Most software promises to make a task faster. The larger win is deleting the task: retyping that no longer has anywhere to go, chasing a rule now does, and a report that is a question you ask rather than a document somebody assembles.

01

Ask instead of dig

The assistant reads your live records within your permissions and answers in plain English, then offers to take you to the thing it just described. "Who owes us money and has a job booked this week" is one sentence, not four tabs and a spreadsheet.

  • Answers composed from real data, never guessed
  • It says so plainly when something is not set up
  • One click from the answer to the record

02

Let the rules do the chasing

Automations live next to the data, so they can act across the business rather than within one tool. A completed job raises its invoice, books the follow-up and messages the customer, and nobody had to remember any of it.

  • Reminders and escalations that fire on their own
  • Follow-ups created at the moment they become due
  • Nothing depends on one person remembering

03

Answer the phone at three in the morning

The AI Receptionist takes the call, answers from the same records your team uses, captures the lead and books the appointment straight into the same diary. It is not a message-taker — it writes to the system while the caller is still on the line.

  • Calls answered outside office hours
  • Leads captured without a callback
  • Appointments booked into the one real diary

04

Stop rebuilding the same report

When the numbers already live in one place, a report is a saved question rather than a monthly assembly job. The week gets looked at on Wednesday because looking is cheap.

  • Live views instead of stitched exports
  • The same figures for everyone, by definition
  • Month end that is a review, not a reconstruction

The scale of it

What ends up in one place

47 modules across 10 parts of a business — sharing one record, one permission model and one assistant.

  • A bespoke CRM build
  • Accounting software
  • Airtable / Notion databases
  • Analyst time
  • Answering services
  • Bookkeeping software
  • Business intelligence seats
  • Business-card scanners
  • CAD / floor-plan tools
  • Calendly / Acuity
  • Call centre software
  • Call recording add-ons

One system

N Six Hub

One login, one permission model, one bill, one record of a customer. The modules are not connected to each other — they read and write the same data, so there is nothing between them to keep in step.

The other side of it

What this does not do

Some claims about productivity software are simply not true, and we would rather not make them.

  • It does not replace people. It removes the part of their job that nobody wanted.
  • It does not work on day one at full speed. Automations are worth tuning once you have watched them run for a fortnight.
  • It does not fix a process that is broken. A bad workflow automated is a bad workflow that happens faster.
  • The assistant will not invent an answer to look useful. Sometimes the honest reply is that the data is not there yet.

We put this on the page because a pitch without a cost is not an argument, it is an advert. If any of the above is a dealbreaker for your business, it is better that you know now than in month three.

Questions

Asked and answered

How quickly do people actually feel it?+

The retyping stops on day one, because there is nowhere to retype to. Automations tend to be worth their keep within the first fortnight, once you have adjusted them to how you really work.

Do we need someone technical to keep it running?+

No. Fields, stages, forms and automations are edited in plain language by the people who use them. There is no developer in the loop for ordinary change.

Will the team use the AI?+

They use it the way they would ask a colleague, which is the point of doing it in plain English. The parts that need no asking — the automations — work whether anyone talks to it or not.

What about people who prefer the old way?+

Views, lists and exports all still exist. The assistant is a faster route to the same records, not the only route.
