Communications · Switched on when you need it
Inbox. Email that lands against the customer it came from.
The connected mailbox: mail read in the system and attached to the record it belongs to, rather than sitting in one person's account.
How it fits
It is one part of one system
Not integrated. The same database.
There is no connector between Inbox and the modules below, because there is nothing to connect. They read and write the same records, so a change is not copied anywhere — it is simply already there.
What you get
What Inbox actually does for you
Not a feature list. The three or four things that change about the work once this is switched on.
Mail attached to the customer
Not trapped in one person's inbox
Reply without leaving the record
A day it changes
A customer replies about a quote and the thread appears on their record for anyone to pick up.
What it stands in for
Software you can stop paying for
These are the categories of tool a business would otherwise buy separately. We name the category, never a rival’s price — what you save depends on what you are on today.
- Shared inboxes
The saving that matters usually is not the licence. It is the hour a week somebody spends copying the same information between two systems, and the decisions that get made late because the numbers live in pieces.
Communications
The rest of this part of the business
Chat
Direct and group messaging across the whole organisation.
Meetings
Video meetings with a link anyone can join.
Phone
Calls, call history and the dialler, attached to the right record.
Broadcasts
Tell everyone something and know who actually read it.
Call Recordings
Every recorded call, with its transcript.
Questions
Inbox, answered plainly
Is Inbox included, or is it extra?+
It is one of the modules the Builder switches on when your description of the business calls for it. Pricing is per user for the whole Hub, not per module, so turning it on does not change your bill.
Can we change how it works?+
Yes, and you are expected to. Fields, stages, views, forms and automations are all editable after the Builder creates them, without a developer and without raising a ticket.
How long before we are using it?+
You describe your business in plain English and the Builder produces a working version in minutes. Importing your existing records and adjusting the shape is usually an afternoon.
Can the assistant use it?+
Yes. Because Inbox lives inside the Hub rather than beside it, you can ask about it in plain English and get an answer composed from your live records, with a link straight to the thing it just told you about.
Another way to look at it
Put inbox in a system that knows the rest of your business.
Describe how you work in plain English. The Builder produces a working Hub in minutes, and every part of it stays yours to change.
