Communications · Included with every Hub

Phone. Calls, call history and the dialler, attached to the right record.

The telephony surface: make and log calls, see history against a customer, and open the dialler from any record.

How it fits

It is one part of one system

Phone

Not integrated. The same database.

There is no connector between Phone and the modules below, because there is nothing to connect. They read and write the same records, so a change is not copied anywhere — it is simply already there.

What you get

What Phone actually does for you

Not a feature list. The three or four things that change about the work once this is switched on.

Call history sits on the customer, not in someone's handset

Dial straight from a record

Feeds the activity picture

A day it changes

You ring a lead from their record; the call is logged against them automatically.

What it stands in for

Software you can stop paying for

These are the categories of tool a business would otherwise buy separately. We name the category, never a rival’s price — what you save depends on what you are on today.

  • Hosted VoIP
  • Call centre software

The saving that matters usually is not the licence. It is the hour a week somebody spends copying the same information between two systems, and the decisions that get made late because the numbers live in pieces.

Questions

Phone, answered plainly

Is Phone included, or is it extra?+

It is part of the platform. Every N Six Hub comes with it — there is no separate licence and no per-module charge.

Can we change how it works?+

Yes, and you are expected to. Fields, stages, views, forms and automations are all editable after the Builder creates them, without a developer and without raising a ticket.

How long before we are using it?+

You describe your business in plain English and the Builder produces a working version in minutes. Importing your existing records and adjusting the shape is usually an afternoon.

Can the assistant use it?+

Yes. Because Phone lives inside the Hub rather than beside it, you can ask about it in plain English and get an answer composed from your live records, with a link straight to the thing it just told you about.

Another way to look at it

Put phone in a system that knows the rest of your business.

Describe how you work in plain English. The Builder produces a working Hub in minutes, and every part of it stays yours to change.
