Communications · Included with every Hub
Meetings. Video meetings with a link anyone can join.
Scheduled and instant video meetings, joinable from a link, with the meeting sitting in the planner like anything else.
How it fits
It is one part of one system
Not integrated. The same database.
There is no connector between Meetings and the modules below, because there is nothing to connect. They read and write the same records, so a change is not copied anywhere — it is simply already there.
What you get
What Meetings actually does for you
Not a feature list. The three or four things that change about the work once this is switched on.
No third-party account needed to join
Meetings appear in the diary
Works for customers as well as staff
A day it changes
You send a customer a join link for a survey call; it lands in your planner too.
What it stands in for
Software you can stop paying for
These are the categories of tool a business would otherwise buy separately. We name the category, never a rival’s price — what you save depends on what you are on today.
- Zoom / Teams meetings
The saving that matters usually is not the licence. It is the hour a week somebody spends copying the same information between two systems, and the decisions that get made late because the numbers live in pieces.
Communications
The rest of this part of the business
Chat
Direct and group messaging across the whole organisation.
Phone
Calls, call history and the dialler, attached to the right record.
Broadcasts
Tell everyone something and know who actually read it.
Call Recordings
Every recorded call, with its transcript.
Inbox
Email that lands against the customer it came from.
Questions
Meetings, answered plainly
Is Meetings included, or is it extra?+
It is part of the platform. Every N Six Hub comes with it — there is no separate licence and no per-module charge.
Can we change how it works?+
Yes, and you are expected to. Fields, stages, views, forms and automations are all editable after the Builder creates them, without a developer and without raising a ticket.
How long before we are using it?+
You describe your business in plain English and the Builder produces a working version in minutes. Importing your existing records and adjusting the shape is usually an afternoon.
Can the assistant use it?+
Yes. Because Meetings lives inside the Hub rather than beside it, you can ask about it in plain English and get an answer composed from your live records, with a link straight to the thing it just told you about.
Another way to look at it
Put meetings in a system that knows the rest of your business.
Describe how you work in plain English. The Builder produces a working Hub in minutes, and every part of it stays yours to change.
