People & HR · Switched on when you need it

Timesheets. Clock in, clock out, approve the week.

Clock-in and clock-out with a weekly approval step, so hours are agreed before they reach payroll.

How it fits

It is one part of one system

Timesheets

Not integrated. The same database.

There is no connector between Timesheets and the modules below, because there is nothing to connect. They read and write the same records, so a change is not copied anywhere — it is simply already there.

What you get

What Timesheets actually does for you

Not a feature list. The three or four things that change about the work once this is switched on.

Hours captured where the work happens

A weekly approval step before payroll

No paper timesheets to chase

A day it changes

Everyone clocks in on site; on Monday you approve the week and payroll picks it up.

What it stands in for

Software you can stop paying for

These are the categories of tool a business would otherwise buy separately. We name the category, never a rival’s price — what you save depends on what you are on today.

  • Time-tracking apps

The saving that matters usually is not the licence. It is the hour a week somebody spends copying the same information between two systems, and the decisions that get made late because the numbers live in pieces.

Questions

Timesheets, answered plainly

Is Timesheets included, or is it extra?+

It is one of the modules the Builder switches on when your description of the business calls for it. Pricing is per user for the whole Hub, not per module, so turning it on does not change your bill.

Can we change how it works?+

Yes, and you are expected to. Fields, stages, views, forms and automations are all editable after the Builder creates them, without a developer and without raising a ticket.

How long before we are using it?+

You describe your business in plain English and the Builder produces a working version in minutes. Importing your existing records and adjusting the shape is usually an afternoon.

Can the assistant use it?+

Yes. Because Timesheets lives inside the Hub rather than beside it, you can ask about it in plain English and get an answer composed from your live records, with a link straight to the thing it just told you about.

Another way to look at it

Put timesheets in a system that knows the rest of your business.

Describe how you work in plain English. The Builder produces a working Hub in minutes, and every part of it stays yours to change.
